Shipping Policy

Naturamin utilizes USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping services. Most orders are shipped via USPS 1st class or priority mail. Larger orders are shipped via UPS.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Slovakia, usually within 5 business days.

If you need expedited shipping, please select that option at checkout.

Once your package has left the Naturamin offices, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Once your package has left the Naturamin offices, please allow 1-2 day transit time for USPS Priority Mail Express, 2-3 days transit for UPS 2nd day air, and 1-2 days for UPS Overnight.

We do not ship to the U.K. Instead, we offer all of our products on Amazon for all of our U.K. customers.
